English language program

The program implemented at our kindergarten is consistent with the assumptions of the curriculum of kindergarten education, approved by the Ministry of Education of February 26th, 2002 (Journal of Laws of May 9th, 2002).

Assumptions of the program

All classes during the day and communication with the child are conducted in two systems, English and Polish. The children interact with native speakers, which warrant learning of the proper pronunciation, accent and intonation.

Kindergarten children learn a foreign language naturally, in the same way, in which they learn their mother tongue. First the children get familiar with new words, they learn to understand them and then they learn to communicate.

In the first six years, the child absorbs huge amounts of facts and information, which is later stored in their memory. A small child is able to get familiar with one or more languages despite the complexity of the process. The language is learned naturally, thanks to which the child accepts the foreign language more quickly, which contributes to future successes.

Our English learning program allows for integration with the kindergarten education program both with regard to the learning content and our methods.

Our concept is based on multidimensional education, allowing the child to study the language actively, using all their senses. The program is carried out mainly through activities that maintain and stimulate the natural curiosity of the child. Topics and materials are associated with reality of the surrounding world and adapted to the level of emotional development of the children.

The objective of the program is to enable the children to establish verbal communication thanks to participation in verbal and movement activities.
Our methods and techniques are based mainly on combining language production with motor activities.

Creating an atmosphere of acceptance, the teacher provides numerous opportunities for success, thus raising the children’s motivation to learn.

The program is aimed at stress-free and natural learning of English language.
