Our staff consists of well-educated young teachers, fluent in English, who make up a creative team, engaged in implementation of innovative methods of kindergarten education. They actively participate in Methodology meetings,  Teachers’ Councils, they raise their qualifications during courses and postgraduate studies in such fields as:

• Development of the child’s intelligence using the method of Glenn Doman
• Glottodidactics of professor Rocławski
• The method of a „good start”
• Education through playing
• Art therapy in working with kindergarten pupils
• Music therapy
• Maxmillan trainings
• Theatre and drama workshops
• "Math for children" by professor Edyta Gruszczyk-Kolczyńska.
